5. User Conduct

  • You agree to their terms of service and processing fees
  • AppointPro is not responsible for payment processor errors or issues

6.3 Refunds and Disputes

Refund policies are determined by individual service providers. Payment disputes should be resolved directly between customers and service providers. AppointPro may assist in mediation but is not liable for transaction disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AppointPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPOINTPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL APPOINTPRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppointPro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
