AppointPro ("we", "us", "our") provides SMS text messaging services to improve communication between service providers and customers. By using our services, you may receive SMS text messages related to your appointments and safety features.

For Customers:

How We Collect Your Consent

Service Provider Signup

During account registration, service providers explicitly opt-in to receive SMS notifications by checking a consent checkbox and providing their mobile phone number.

Customer Booking

When booking an appointment, customers provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS notifications related to their appointment by checking the SMS consent checkbox.

Emergency Contacts

Emergency contacts added by service providers provide explicit consent to receive safety-related SMS notifications and can opt-out at any time.

Consent Requirements

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you:

  • Consent to receive SMS text messages from AppointPro
  • Confirm that you are the owner of the provided mobile phone number
  • Understand that message and data rates may apply
  • Acknowledge that consent is not required to use our services
  • Agree to receive messages sent via automated technology

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your usage of our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during active appointment periods. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any SMS message from AppointPro
  • Updating your notification preferences in your account settings
  • Contacting our support team at support@appnt.pro
